🔹 1. Personal Shopping & Bulk Orders Policy

MRT Robotics Pty Ltd (robotclass.com.au) serves both individual customers and group/institutional customers. To ensure fair access and efficient order processing, we apply different policies depending on the customer type.

👤 Individual Customers (Personal Shopping)

Our online store is designed primarily for personal or household use.

• Orders of the same item in quantities over 5 may be flagged as exceeding normal personal shopping behaviour.

• These orders may be reviewed, adjusted, or cancelled, with excess items refunded.

• If you're buying multiple items for gifts or siblings, let us know in your order notes or by email.

Example: Ordering 7 of the same robot may trigger a check — if the order seems intended for school or resale purposes, we may contact you to arrange a more suitable solution.

🏫 Group / Institutional Customers (Schools, Clubs, Education Providers)

If you're purchasing on behalf of:

• A school or classroom

• A robotics club or training organisation

• An after-school or STEM program

• An education business or reseller

➡️ Please do not place bulk orders directly through the retail website.
Instead, contact elearnig@wemakerobot.com for:

• Special bulk pricing and education discounts

• Shipping coordination

• Purchase order invoicing

• Availability and lead time

Orders that appear to be group/institutional in nature but are placed through the standard retail website may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

🔹 2. Product Descriptions and Pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

• Batteries and display accessories are not included unless specified.

• For assortments, prices shown are for each individual item.

• Product colours, shapes, and designs may vary slightly due to ongoing stock updates or manufacturer changes.

• We reserve the right to restrict the quantity of any product sold to ensure fair distribution.

🔹 3. Ordering, Cancellations & Refunds

By placing an order online, you agree to these terms.

• Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been picked for dispatch.

• Once picked, the order enters our automated fulfilment system and cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If you wish to cancel an already-packed order, you must:

  • Accept delivery

  • Arrange return shipping at your expense

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

🔹 4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post eParcel and trusted couriers. Some items may ship directly from partner factories in Korea or China.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

• Standard dispatch time: 7–14 business days

• Peak season (Oct–Dec): Up to 21 business days

• Delivery time: 2–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location

📦 Delivery Conditions

• Signature is required unless safe drop is selected.

• MRT Robotics is not liable for lost/stolen parcels if safe drop is chosen.

• Large items may arrive in boxes that show product images.

• If delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at an Australia Post depot or courier location.

🔹 5. International Shipping

We offer international delivery to select countries.
Note:

• Some products (e.g. items with batteries) may not be shipped internationally.

• Delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on customs and destination country.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.

🔹 6. Digital Course Terms – Coding Challenge Only

1. Immediate Access & Refunds

Access to Coding Challenge digital courses is granted immediately after payment.
As per Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after access is granted.
However, if course content is faulty, not as described, or unusable, you are entitled to a remedy.

2. Fair Usage

Accessing any part of the course is considered use of the digital product.

3. Pricing & Subsidy – Coding Challenge Courses Only

Courses provided under the MRT Coding Challenge are heavily subsidised (offered at 10% or less of their actual development and delivery cost).
Due to this model, refunds for change of mind are not available once access is granted.

4. Suitability

While beginner-friendly, younger students (under 9 years old) may require adult supervision.

🔹 7. Customer Service Commitment

We aim to provide excellent customer service and quality educational products.

• If a product becomes unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or suitable alternative.

• Please check your receipt/order confirmation upon purchase. You will need it for any future returns or warranty claims.

• Email addresses collected via our website may be used for updates and newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time.

🔹 8. Returns & Warranty (Consumer Rights)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Not fit for purpose

This applies to both physical and digital goods.
