The MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) website is designed for online Personal shopping only. Any bulk orders of items that are deemed to be beyond personal shopping levels may be cancelled at our discretion and payment refunded. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.
Where assortments are shown, prices quoted are for each individual item.
Display accessories and batteries are not included unless specified. Some items may not be on display at all stores. As items are refreshed often, styles and colours may vary from those shown. Online orders will be fulfilled using the most current version of the item available. We reserve the right to restrict quantities sold. The block color of the product may be different. All products are sent in the latest block and may be of different colours due to upgrades, etc…
By ordering online, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined on this page. Please make sure when ordering online that you are happy with your order. Once placed, changes and cancellation of any order are not possible once the order has been picked for despatch as our automated processes make it almost impossible to stop or find your order to cancel. If your order has not yet been picked, we will be able to stop the order. Please contact us as soon as possible to find out the status of your order and to see if it is possible for changes or cancellations. If your parcel is already being processed and you no longer want the order, you will need to arrange postage back to us at your expense and we will be able to change or cancel the order. Shipping and Delivery Policy:
The MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel and couriers. Some products are shipped from factories in Korea or China. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 7-14 business days in non-peak periods. Our Peak period starts in October and finishes at the end of December. During this time, your parcel may take up to a week to despatch. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-3 weeks of business days depending on your location within Australia. This could be longer in peak periods or where our transport partners are experiencing delays.
Australia Post eParcel service delivers Australia wide and requires a signature for delivery. If you choose to change the delivery to safe drop, MRT Robotics takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Deliveries in Australia are to be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes where possible. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, the parcel will be returned to an Australia Post Office or another depot for collection. Home delivery is not guaranteed. To ensure we can despatch promptly if an item is located at a store that will delay shipment significantly, we may cancel the item from the order and refund the value.
In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advise of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
Some larger items may be sent in the original carton that may picture or describe the item enclosed. Please be mindful of this if delivery is to be received by someone other than yourself.
International shipping is also available to selected countries only. Delivery times can take up to one month so please consider this before using this service. Some products are unable to be shipped Internationally due to customs regulations which may include products with Batteries.

Personal Shopping Only and Limits:
This website is for personal shopping only. If quantities ordered exceed what we regard as being normal personal shopping quantities, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. Some items have limits that can be purchased of that item. If the limit is exceeded, the order may be reduced or cancelled and the balance payment refunded. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for larger quantities.
Customer Service Policy:
The MRT Robotics(robotclass.com.au) is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order in time we will arrange a refund or if possible, notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item.
Please check your receipt/order confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct. This receipt/order confirmation is required for any returns or later queries. If there are any errors on this receipt/order confirmation, please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) to address any concerns.
Users using the checkout pages or using the various contact forms such as Enquiry or Catalogue download may have their email addresses added to our subscription list. Users are free to unsubscribe at any time by using the link on any mail outs. These email addresses will not be shared with any third party.

We accept Visa and MasterCard on our website or alternatively you can contact our sales team to obtain details for bank deposit payment.
In the case where goods were purchased online, the following conditions apply.
DOA (Dead on Arrival): if your product does not work on arrival before any use then you may return the goods free of charge (Australian Orders only) and we will supply a replacement or refund pending inspection. A Returns Authority number is required before an item will be accepted as a return. You will be required to take your return to the Post Office. Wrong Goods Supplied: if the products you receive are different from the products listed on the receipt/order confirmation, we will arrange postage back to us and resend the correct item or issue a refund. You will be required to take your return to the Post Office
Manufacturer Warranty Claim: Free return shipping does NOT apply for a manufacturer warranty claim.
Change of Mind: Freight costs, to return the product to us by Post/ Courier and/ or to resend the new item back to the customer are covered by the Customer. Goods must be shipped in a strong box to avoid being damaged in transit.
